INFRASTRUCTURE, BOONDOGGLES, AND GREASY PALMS

Hello this is Darrell Castle with today’s Castle Report. This is Friday the 6^th day of August in this the year of our Lord 2021, and on this Report, I will be talking about the new Bipartisan spending bill that is to be finally voted on this week or next week. The 2700-page bill known as The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act is not an investment and whether it creates any new jobs remains to be seen.

Fortunately for the Castle Family we do have jobs despite the federal government’s policies this week and it is indeed a beautiful summer week in Memphis. The July heat has moderated leaving mid 80’s temperatures. The family daughter remains safe in the glorious and golden state of California.

I am going to introduce this Report with a quote from Dr. Ron Paul which is a very good representation of my own views and the premise of this Report. “For Libertarians—and even many non-Libertarians—it’s not shocking to discover that a US Administration lies and deceives the electorate. For government on all levels, lying to the American people is as American as apple pie. Sometimes the liars are held to account for their deception, but most often they are not.”

I can’t personally think of many lies where the government liars have been held to account so let’s take our subject for today as an example. The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act is a lie by its very name because the planned spending is not an investment and words can not change that. If we assume that the infrastructure of America, the roads, bridges, tunnels, waterways, water systems, airports, need emergency work then we should certainly make those repairs when the money is available. These expenditures, normally made in good economic times are expenses, perhaps necessary, but not investments.

VIOLENT CRIME AND REVOLVING DOORS

Hello this is Darrell Castle with today’s Castle Report. This is Friday the 30^th day of July 2021 and on today’s Report I will be talking about the growing crime rate in our cities, some causes, and some solutions. I will share some of what is happening in the great cities of our nation and how the politicians who run those cities have chosen to react to the trends they must obviously see.

The Castle Family is doing just fine right now, in good health as far as we know, and just enjoying the summer. The weather in Memphis, Tennessee right now is hot and humid with Temperatures hovering around 100. The tomatoes must be watered often to keep them growing. The family daughter is safe in LA just going about the sweet spot of her life.

Speaking of Memphis, and our topic for today I want to share with you a direct quote from the Mayor of Memphis that comes from the email newsletter he sends to residents each week. “Last week, I talked about violent crime in our community and the revolving door that has unfortunately become our judicial system. I want to talk about it again this week to further reiterate that this issue is deeper than simply arresting people. It will take all of us—elected officials, the court system, public safety professionals, clergy and religious leaders, schools, and families—to solve this complex problem. EXAMPLE:

September 20, 2020—suspect charged with aggravated assault (shooting at people on the interstate) $7,300 bond.

September 21, 2020—suspect released on bond.November 29, 2020—suspect allegedly involved in attempted armed robbery in which four men were shot and two pronounced dead on the scene.

July 21, 2021—suspect arrested and charged with first degree murder, two counts of employing a firearm during a dangerous felony, and three counts of criminal attempt felony to wit especially aggravated robbery. No bond set.

OUR COMING CRISIS

Hello this is Darrell Castle with today’s Castle Report. This is Friday the 23^rd of July in the year 2021 and on this Castle Report I will be talking about the arrival of a new crisis which I believe is headed our way and which I believe is inevitable. People are starting to resist the restrictions of the COVID response because they can see that the restrictions are not based on science and in many cases are anti science. Crisis after crisis will therefore be necessary to keep the people terrified, in line, and obedient,

The Castle Family enjoyed its family reunion last weekend which was held at a beautiful mountaintop setting in East Tennessee. I’m not sure how many were there but we had food for fifty and it was mostly gone. We had a good time together catching up on each other’s lives and remembering those no longer with us. The family daughter remains in the city of angels with a new mask mandate in place.

Speaking of mask mandates, those are probably the most resisted of the responses to the COVID virus. The people in authority and those who slavishly follow their dictates can no longer point to masks and tell us to follow the science, and most people know that now. Some people wear them when requested just to prevent a disturbance but some resist wearing them which occasionally results in violence. A retail store can refuse to admit you or tell you to leave, but trouble happens most often when the one refusing the mask is in a closed environment where he can’t just leave such as an airplane in flight.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE UNITED STATES NAVY?

Hello this is Darrell Castle with today’s Castle Report. This is Friday the 16^th day of July in the year 2021 and on this Report, I will be talking about the U.S. Navy and its readiness for combat as determined by a recent congressional inquiry. Yes, congress or I should say some members of congress are so concerned by reports coming from the Navy including accidents at sea, fires at sea, cancellations of expensive projects, etc. that they commissioned a study and a Report which is the subject of this Castle Report.

The Castle Family is doing well this week as we try to find something of what is left of those things, we used to call normal. We haven’t been together as a family in about two years so this weekend we will gather for a reunion. Joan and I are looking forward to it, but the family daughter will unfortunately be unable to leave fortress Los Angeles.

There are many things of a current nature that I could talk about today. Things like the long-term dangers of intentionally destroying legal institutions, customs, and traditions to achieve a short-term goal. Things like the President of the United States channeling Joe Stalin, i.e., its not who votes, its who gets to count the votes that matters. Yes, comrade we know, and I know that is why you are so afraid of voter I.D., but Instead, I’ve decided to continue last week’s Report on how this new politically correct world is affecting the U.S. military’s readiness.

THE U.S. MILITARY IS BEING LED INTO DISASTER

Hello this is Darrell Castle with today’s Castle Report. This is the 9^th day of July in this the year of our Lord 2021 and on this Report, I will be talking about the U.S. military and its leadership specifically the teaching or indoctrination of the troops and the future officer corps, now at the academies, with the doctrine of Critical Race Theory which I argue will be a disaster for military readiness.

The Castle Family had a wonderful 4^th of July this past weekend. We enjoyed the spring like weather and the Sunday afternoon cookout but sitting on our deck in the cool of the evening watching fireworks in the distance was the best. I think the family daughter went to her own cookout with some friends in the City of Angels, so everyone enjoyed themselves, and everyone is healthy and virus free as far as we know.

Each of the military branches has a chief of staff or commander if you will. The Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps all together make up the joint chiefs. One of them is nominated by the President to be Chairman of the Joint Chiefs. He is, in effect, the chief military officer in the nation. President Trump nominated Army General Mark Milley for Chairman and he currently serves in that position.

OUR WHISPERING COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF

Hello this is Darrell Castle with today’s Castle Report. Today is Friday the 2^nd day of July in the year of our Lord 2021 and on this Report, I will be talking about the Commander-In-Chief of the United States armed forces who at least once recently relayed vital information about the American economy to a group of reporters by leaning over the podium and whispering or at least pretending to whisper to them. This is also the 4^th of July weekend so we will be talking a little about independence and what that concept means to Joe Biden and his Democrat Party.

Here in the Castle family, we are all looking forward to three days off work to celebrate the 4^th of July this Sunday. We will take Monday off work from our law practice as part of the Holiday. Independence Day has its patriotic meaning that we are all familiar with and we celebrate that of course, but we celebrate in special ways for this mid-summer holiday. The Castle family normally has hot dogs for what is usually the first and only time of the year. I’m not yet sure what the family daughter will be doing in the City of Angels, but I’m sure she will tell me soon.

The President of the United States who is also Constitutionally the Commander-In-Chief of the United States armed forces recently held an informal question and answer session with a group of reporters who had been pre-selected from the White House press corps. The questions he was to respond to were also pre-selected as were his notes for the answers, but something unusual happened at that meeting. He accidentally, negligently, intentionally, or through mental decline, told the truth about a vitally important subject.

SERIOUS QUESTIONS FOR THE FBI ABOUT THE 1-6 RIOTS

Hello this is Darrell Castle with today’s Castle Report. Today is Friday the 25^th of June in the year 2021 and on this Report, I will be exploring the question of whether the FBI infiltrated the so-called militia groups the Federal Government labeled responsible for the “insurrection “at the Capitol to the extent that the FBI not only investigated the events of 1/6, but actually caused them.

The Castle family is doing fine this week despite some of the problems that go along with living in this age. Our humble garden consisting of potted vegetables on our deck is starting to ripen which is cause for excitement since we in this family take excitement from the simple things. I can’t tell you the family daughter is perfectly fine in Los Angeles this week, but she is hanging in there all things considered.

The three so-called “militia groups” the federal government has named as responsible for the riots are Oath Keepers, the Proud Boys, and the three percenters. I have personally met the founder of Oath Keepers, Stewart Rhodes, and I have heard his presentation a few times. The premise of the organization is that it recruits those who have taken an oath to defend the Constitution and it believes that oath remains in effect. I have no personal experience with either of the other two.

CAUGHT ON THE HORNS OF A DILEMMA

Hello this is Darrell Castle with today’s Castle Report. Today is Friday the 18^th day of June in the year 2021 and on this Report, I will be talking about the growing threat of inflation. Is inflation really happening and if so, is it really something terrible, something to be feared or is it what the FED and the treasury department say that it is, just a transitory phase of the economy.

This is Father’s Day weekend for the Castle family as it is for everyone else. Husband and father are the two greatest roles that a man can have as far as I’m concerned, and I thank God for the opportunity to have those roles in my own life. I’m sure Joan has something wonderful planned for me this weekend, and the family daughter will call from wherever she is in this world.

What is going on in this economy right now. Are prices really out of control? Has the FED (the Federal Reserve) lost control of inflation and the economy in general or is it all just a transitory phase as we are often told? When we visit the grocery store or gas station it seems certain that inflation is a reality and not an illusion. It may be transitory, but its effect on our lifestyle and our ability to care for our families is very real. Our standard of living is being diminished every day as prices, especially for commodities we use every day are increasing.

Hello this is Darrell Castle with today’s Castle Report. Today is Friday the 11^th day of June in this the year of our Lord 2021. This Report will ask the question, why would a person choose to wear a mask indoors or outdoors, but especially outdoors, if that person has been “fully vaccinated.” Is the person relying on and following the directives of science or the directives of those experts who speak for science?

The Castle family is certainly doing well this rainy week in the river city of Memphis. We are celebrating my sister’s birthday since she is a year older as of yesterday the 10^th.She and I are the survivors of 8 siblings, so we celebrate another year. We have often disagreed over the years as siblings do, but we do agree that neither of us wants to live in a high-tech version of East Germany. The family daughter is happily getting back into her career out in the city of angels, trying to rediscover normal in California.

The other day I had a business meeting with a businesswoman in a building here in Memphis and when I got to the meeting, she was wearing a mask, but I was not. I try to be respectful of the wishes of others especially in their place of business, and if she had mentioned it, I would have put one on, but she did not. I asked her if she preferred that I wear one and she said “no, I am fully vaccinated”.  I said oh, then you are completely immune from the virus and could not possibly contract it from me and since you could not possibly be infected you could not possibly transmit it to me. Yes, she said, that’s what they tell me.

ALL ROADS LEAD TO THE VACCINE

Hello this is Darrell Castle with today’s Castle Report. This is Friday the 4^th day of June 2021 and today this report will talk about how most of the original illogic and unanswered questions about the COVID virus have now been answered and those answers lead us toward the vaccine. Why all the unnecessary fearmongering in the beginning, apparently to herd the world toward the vaccine, and that is the subject of this report.

Here in Memphis Tennessee the Castle family is getting along just fine enjoying the spring weather and the beauty of nature. Most people would hardly notice the virus still lingers around just waiting for us to relax our guard. The family daughter is even starting the road back to normal or what passes for normal in California.

I often used to ask myself why. That is in the beginning of the virus when everyone was very afraid, and no one seemed to know exactly what was going to happen. Why did countries all over the world suddenly adopt the same lockdown policies when those policies had never been tried before. Why were certain medications and supplements attested by many doctors as life saving suppressed and never really tested? Why were physicians at the top of the virology pyramid canceled by big tech and big media? Why did the big media companies put out the same hysteria that almost scared us all to death?
