MOUNTAINS OF VIOLENCE ACROSS FRANCE

Hello, this is Darrell Castle with today’s Castle Report. This is Friday the 23^rd day of October in the year of our Lord 2026. My beat is violence, chaos, disorder, and the destruction of the existing world order as I talk about the riots engulfing France and spreading across Europe as well as how that relates at least partially to American foreign policy especially the war against Iran.

Yes, it seems that the riots engulfing Paris have spread across Europe to Portugal, Germany, Albania, and the list is growing. The open-borders policy of the last few years explains everything or so we are told and that is a convenient explanation because it puts the blame on others. The French people are not to blame they say, only the immigrants but many of the rioters have been in Europe for years.

When you read or hear the man on the street comments from French people whose businesses are being burned and looted they find it difficult to place any blame despite the tears of losing their life’s work. That is a civilization unable and unwilling to defend itself. It brings to mind Robert Frost’s definition of a liberal as someone who refuses to take his on side in an argument.

This association of various communist groups and immigrant groups from across Europe have set out to put the final nail in the coffin of Western Civilization and they are succeeding quite spectacularly. This is the end of an entire world system akin to the fall of Rome. The Romans referred to the land and people they conquered as barbarians and it took 1000 years for the barbarians to breach and destroy Rome but destroy they did. They left nothing behind and civilization took another 1000 years to begin the recovery.

I doubt if this one can be rebuilt for I don’t see any Irish Monks willing to copy the great books of the destroyed library in Alexandria by hand to preserve their knowledge and wisdom. In any event I won’t be there to see it so the roughly 40 year long struggle I have witnessed and participated in and that is the battle for Western Civilization continues but it is being lost. So, these rioters in Paris, destroying the ancient monuments of which they are not worthy are doing something that even Adolph Hitler could not accomplish.

When Hitler conquered France and occupied Paris the German Army controlled the city for about four years. When the allies invaded France at Normandy on June 6^th, 1944, the German occupation of France was doomed but not for a while. Hitler gave direct orders to the Generals he put in charge of the Paris region to plant explosives around the historic monuments in Paris. He told them that if he lost Paris he wanted the city destroyed and he wanted to see it burning.

The Generals planted the explosives and were ready to carry out the orders of their Fuhrer but one by one something happened to them. Some fell under suspicion; some were killed or wounded but final command was given to General Deitrich Von Choltitz. He was a general of the historic Prussian tradition and he took his job and his responsibility very seriously. When the allied armies were in sight of Paris the German panzers had to flee up the road to Grenoble and ultimately the long bitter road to Berlin.

Hitler gave him a final and direct order to destroy the city. Is Paris burning was Hitler’s famous question to him. General Choltitz stood on the balcony of his suite in the St. George Hotel where he had his headquarters and looked out at the city and he could not obey his orders, so he sent his army up the road and awaited his fate with Eisenhower and De Gaulle. That enemy general became a hero of the French nation although I’ll wager that very few Frenchmen know or care about what he did or refused to do.

Well, I suppose that’s enough history for today and we should return to 2026 while the communists of today whose ancestors fought Hitler, are now completing his work for him. The President of the United States chimed in with his advice to France. “Close your borders before its too late.” Pretty good advice it seems to me unless it’s already too late. Russia joined in as well with Russia’s envoy stating it was “Western Civilization’s suicide through migrant chaos.” Once again that sounds like a good analysis.

I mention Russia and the U.S. President together because the groundwork is being laid for a renewal of the Russia Gate hoax to be unearthed from its grave after the midterms. When Trump attacked Iran in an unprovoked attack against a country that was not threatening to America and in opposition to the Constitution to which he took an oath, not a peep was heard from congress. Oh, but when he tries to do the right thing for once the screaming from congress is heard around the country.

So, the Presidents decides that since prices are escalating due to lack of diesel caused by his attack on Iran and by Zelensky’s continued attacks on Russian refineries maybe those Russians aren’t so bad after all. He agrees to buy 300,000 tons of Russian diesel and to accomplish that he agrees to partially lift the sanctions against Russia. When the deal was announced both sides of the congressional isle started screaming about his abandoning Ukraine and his getting in bed with Putin. What our congress is really saying to us as we agree in a bipartisan way is that we love war and we love violence, killing and dying, and if you do anything to slow that down you will be excoriated.

If anyone has the courage to stand in congress and openly opposes war of any kind, he will be a very short-lived member of congress. That’s what is usually called democracy in America today but it’s not democracy, it’s the power of greed, corruption and moral degradation all wrapped up in the illusion of democracy. They now have a similar situation in France thus the French people are denied peace and even leadership. They have Emmanuel Macron as their leader but if polls can be believed his approval rating is below 10% and France is defenseless because he refuses to do anything to protect, to lead, or even to persuade. It is a very similar time to when the barbarians sacked Rome because they weren’t trying to build a democracy either.

Every scribe with a pen has written his and her version of what the European riots are and what they mean so I suppose this Report is my version. Just as here in the United States the protests spreading across Europe are not spur of the moment but the result of many years of frustration because of their government’s neglect of their national ethnicities. American and European governments have spent their resources and their energies on matters that not only do not help but actually hurt their native populations.

Here in America, for example, several years of open borders have proven destructive of order and have produced mostly chaos. European nations are in a similar boat as they have opened their borders and invited chaos. The governments of Europe and America have spent the people’s capital and their goodwill toward the people in an effort to build a global world. Globalism, they tell us, will bring peace and prosperity but it only brings prosperity to a few global corporations and international bureaucracies at the expense of the people.

For example, just look for a moment at Washington’s sanctions against Russia and the cost of complying with them. The sanctions along with President Biden’s destruction of the Nord Stream Pipeline have robbed the European people of a commercial relationship with Russia which was greatly beneficial to both people groups. The result of Washington’s lust for power and empire has been to drive up the cost of heating oil and left Europe facing a cold winter with heating oil at record levels. That all adds to frustration and destroys the standard of living of ordinary Europeans.

So, higher costs for everything and at the same time destruction of manufacturing including the once national pride of Germany its auto manufacturing industry. The most terrible result is the destruction of employment opportunities for ethnic European youth especially those in the educated class. They are smart and ambitious as well as educated but employment opportunities outside government charity are very limited. The immigrant minorities get what they came to Europe to get apparently and that is government largesse. Even government provided poverty level existence is better than their own war-torn countries.

All European governments currently have extremely low approval ratings from their populations because, I submit, they have failed repeatedly to represent their own European people. As Paul Craig Roberts has pointed out that is most likely why the European governments are once again raising the Russia threat. When you desert your own people and fail them so miserably you must have an outside bogy man to shoulder the blame. This time frighteningly the bogy man has thousands of nuclear missiles.

In conclusion folks, If this is not the destruction of Western Civilization it is at least the destruction of the post-World War ll welfare-warfare state which was apparently reaching terminal status anyway. The rioters don’t seek a better form of government they instead seek pillage, to burn, to loot and to destroy in a mindless way. This is about educational opportunities they say. Well yes, I suppose you can find a lot of those in the mom-and-pop businesses along with the Louis Vuitton and Rolex stores.

I find this French attitude extremely sad because their ancestors fought Nazis for four years giving their lives and their families lives in defense of France and its status as their homes. I guess the answer is that France isn’t France anymore because it has been voluntarily surrendered by soulless, niellist politicians. Too bad, Bridget must be terribly sad.

Finally, folks, there is nothing noble or admirable about these rioters. They are simply the result of not resisting but inviting into your country and ultimately your homes those who seek your destruction and everything that makes the modern world livable. The European politicians realize that they will never conquer the world despite centuries of effort so I suppose they have decided to clutch their pearls and just bring the whole thing down around them.
