THE SCIENCE AND THE CIA
Hello, this is Darrell Castle with today’s Castle Report. This is Friday the 4th of September in the year of our Lord 2026 and I will be talking about the newly revealed evidence linking the science, i.e. Dr. Anthony Fauci, and the CIA and their formal institutional partnership that apparently provided cover for the CIA’s biological threat research.
Before the partnership between NIH and the CIA congress moved to ban federal funding for gain-of-function research. The new policy requires enhanced review and reporting requirements for life sciences research including independent, top-down assessments for projects that may increase the harmful consequences of biological agents. So, a reasonable question might be why do you want to make any biological agent more harmful to the human race.
The answer to that question is obviously to make the virus more lethal so it can be used to kill more humans. The new safeguards also prevent funding research projects in countries without adequate oversight. So, I guess that means no more NIA funding of bat virus in China. Congress is trying, it seems to me; to indicate its collective shock and to foster the belief that it had no idea the science was using taxpayer money to fund Chinese research into making virus pathogens more deadly to humans, then unleashing them on humanity.
The new director of the FDA is taking the approach with this legislation and the new regulations that it was all just a mistake made by well meaning scientists and now with the standard clearly set out they will stop trying to develop new ways to kill off the human race. On the other hand, Dr. Fauci wrote in his diary in August 2022 that he knew the COVID vaccines were not really effective but he didn’t want the public to know that because if they did then people would not take their boosters and would not accept the federal mandates.
If that were all it would be plenty, but as usual it gets worse. Newy disclosed documents reveal the NIA and CIA partnership I mentioned. Apparently, now these ties ran and run far deeper than anyone in authority seemed to know about. Apparently only a handful of investigators realized that Dr. Fauci was working with intelligence on their bioweapons research projects. Now, we learn that NIH used its existing research to “augment and compliment” its own research combined with that being conducted by CIA.
A Rutgers University chemistry professor named Richard Ebritht who has been researching the matter said;
“Vice President Cheney assigned Fauci to head US biodefense research programs in 2002, including bioweapons-agents-development and bioweapons-agents-characterization research programs that approached, and arguably crossed, red lines set by the Biological Weapons Convention. The documents show early steps in the process of transferring funding for and direction of CIA and DOD Biodefense Projects to Fauci’s agency NIAID.”
So, the bioscience and intelligence communities have been working closely together for a long time. I wonder why that is the case but I remember now that the CIA is limited by law to only foreign work. Their agents are not to be employed to do clandestine work or gather intelligence on American citizens. That means they have to use the science in foreign countries to accomplish their ends such as making laboratories to develop deadly pathogens.
You might remember that the Russians argued that one of the reasons they invaded Ukraine was that the Americans had built about 30 bioweapons labs in Ukraine many of them near the Russian border. Well, I turns out that the real number was 32 approximately and when the Russian forces got near one it had to be very quickly shut down and moved to prevent the Russians from gaining access to the pathogens it contained as well as the evidence of American ownership.
I suppose the reasoning is something like this. We can’t legally build these labs to develop horrible infectious diseases to make war against others and we need them because if others know we have them they will not be bold enough to make their own. In reality the opposite is likely true. If others know you are making them they will make their own even worse pathogens so that we can all mutually infect each other. I know it sounds insane because it is but that’s how these people think or don’t think depending on how you look at it.
Even though it is illegal to have these labs in the US they have been and are being built. Just the other day one was found in California and I believe it had a lot of Chinese scientists working there. The CIA says that it needs scientists and infectious disease experts to serve as “a living sensor web” to gather information from foreign researchers, universities, and conferences. That sounds like CIA speak for making spies out of scientists.
The CIA blames much of this on 911 and it now says that is when it started to get out of control when suspected anthrax was mailed, apparently, to several high-ranking officials. Former Operations OfficerJames Erdman III testifying before a Senate committee said, “the line between public health and national security became increasingly blurred beyond recognition since then.”
The CIA has been up to something else lately and perhaps it at least was an attempt to make things better and stave off conflict. I say perhaps because that puts the best spin on it and we don’t know for certain the real reason. Last week the Director of the CIA, John Ratcliffe boarded a US Air Force C-17 Globemaster transport plane at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland, stopped in NATO member Latvia, on the Russian border then flew on to one of the four airports serving Moscow.
Even though the CIA Director was the passenger this was not a subtle trip because the C-17 is one of the largest, if not the largest, airplanes in the world and it was apparently used to transport only one man. So, the trip was meant to be seen by the world’s press and anyone else who wanted to take notice. The question has been the subject of much speculation or scuttlebutt as they say in the military but no one knows for sure and guesses are all we have.
The Director and the staff who accompanied him left the airport in Moscow in a diplomatic motorcade of armored vehicles so maybe the vehicles were transported I the C-17 for secure communications
Mr. Ratcliffe was apparently in Russia to meet with FSB head, Aleksandr Bortnikov, and his counterpart in foreign intelligence, Sergei Naryshkin. There was hope a meeting with Vladimir Putin would happen, but as far as they will admit, it didn’t happen. Why make this unscheduled and last-minute trip especially in such a gigantic airplane which was a grand show for the world’s press.
Ratcliffe is a former mayor and congressman from Texas and a lawyer by training. He has no diplomatic experience and his only negotiation skills would have been learned in his legal capacity. He was in Russia for only one day and that was apparently spent in meetings with his Russian counterparts. The meeting was covered in speculation concerning recent reports coming out of Russia that Russia was going to take action against NATO because NATO was supplying drones and missiles for attacks inside Russia.
If that speculation is the reason for the trip it probably means that Europe wants to avoid direct war with Russia at all costs and this trip was a last-ditch effort to prevent that. If so, I pray that it was successful. War between Russia and Europe would definitely involve the US because there are US troops all over Europe and very close to the Russian border. It seems to me that Russia, given its struggles in Ukraine would be very reluctant to broaden the conflict to include Europe and the US.
Perhaps then, a possible reason for the trip was to warn the Russians that an attack against any NATO member would in evidently be followed by US action against Russia. I have no idea if that is true but it seems like a reasonable guess. You might notice in all this that it is the US which has its troops, about 80,000, right on the Russian border and as far as we know there are no Russian troops on the US border. Maybe Putin is trying to convince NATO that he is being forced into a war that none of them really want.
In conclusion, I close this out with a little more on Dr., I am the Science, Fauci. Under his direction most or all of this nightmare happened. This information is now well documented fact, not mere speculation. NIAID, under his direction, funded coronavirus research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology through a subgrant to EcoHealth Alliance. That research included creating viruses with enhanced ability to infect human respiratory cells. He did it with US tax dollars, yours and mine and then he sought to defend his action by using the Fifth Amendment.
Finally, folks, I pray that Mr. Ratcliffe’s trip was successful and I further pray that those who perpetrated the attack we have been trained to call a pandemic are somehow held accountable.
