Some have accused Darrell of bring a “negative” message. However, I view Darrell’s message as being like a doctor who informs you that you have a disease that is going to kill you, but also informs you that there’s a cure – if you’re willing to take it. If you pay attention to the message, Darrell is not only confronting us with the condition that our country is in, but with the cure that could restore it. For some that cure may seem like a bitter pill to swallow, but it beats the alternative. The only way this can be viewed as a negative message is if you’re someone who would rather be left alone to enjoy the bliss of ignorance rather than taking the responsibility to do something about our collective condition.
