  Excellent analysis of the president’s moral ambivalence, and his fear of attributing the actions of the Islamic State to its belief in the authoritative texts of Islam. Christians fail daily to live up to the teachings of Jesus, but that does not change his commandments or our responsibility to adhere to them.
