JANUARY 6^TH AND THE HUMAN DESIRE TO BE TREATED FAIRLY

Hello this is Darrell Castle with todays Castle Report. This is Friday the 14^th day of January in the year 2022 and I am going to be talking about the incident at the nation’s capital on January 6, 2021. I know you have heard the story ad nauseum from politicians and media pundits, but my goal is to tell the story from a different angle that perhaps you have not heard at least not very much. I refer you to my Castle Report index or archives of January 15, 2021, for my previous statement on January 6^th.

Fairness is a rather ancient concept in the Western World going back to at least the Magna Carta in 1215. It is a world under assault and very threatened right now but still the desire to be treated fairly is one of the most common desires in humanity. Lady justice that all lawyers are familiar with is a symbol of society’s efforts to be fair, to achieve justice and equal protection under the law. The lady is holding a scale in her right hand and a sword in her left, and she is blindfolded.

She weighs the evidence without seeing any undue influence, and she backs up her justice with the sword. Go to Europe and you will see the same symbol with a different artist’s touch and a more medieval look to the lady. It is all a symbol of a desire, a pledge, to seek justice and fairness in our legal system.

WHO REALLY HAS THE POWER IN 2022

Hello this is Darrell Castle with today’s Castle Report. This is Friday the 7^th day of January 2022, as well as the first Friday of a new year. Instead of a year in review this Report will focus more on what in my opinion is most likely to happen in the upcoming year. What are the trends that we can expect to continue and get stronger, and what trends will weaken and perhaps die?

I spent Christmas with Joan and my sister, and we had a wonderful time together. My sister told me about the morning worship of the Dean of Canterbury Cathedral, and I’ve been listening to that each day, but perhaps the best gift and the inspiration for this title, was the Dean’s reading of the Charles Dickens novel, A Christmas Carol. He read the book in three parts, and it was wonderful to hear it in his English accent. The ghost of Christmas future, as you may recall showed Scrooge what his future would be like unless he changed. Scrooge asked the ghost if what he was seeing was what had to happen or what might happen, but he received no reply.

Dickens’ novel was and is a part of and an example of the Civilization of the West, or Christian Civilization that I often remind you deserves to be preserved. By way of explanation, I defer to the words of Dr. Paul Craig Roberts.

Darrell Castle asks the question “Are You Fully Vaccinated?” If your answer is yes, don’t be so sure because the definition is continually changing.

WHEN WILL YOU BE FULLY VACCINATED?

Hello this is Darrell Castle with today’s Castle Report. This is the 17^th day of December in this the year of our Lord 2021. Are you fully vaccinated? If you answer yes, well don’t be so sure because the definition is continually changing. If your answer is no, then when will you be fully vaccinated? I can answer that question in this opening paragraph and save us all a lot of trouble. The answer is that you will never be allowed to be fully vaccinated for more than a brief time because you will always need the next booster.

Christmas is next week folks plus I am moving my law office to a new building next week, so I am going to leave you in peace until the first Friday in January. Speaking of peace, take time to celebrate the coming of the prince of peace into the world.  This has been quite a year and that is for sure. We tried to return to normal but although the football stadiums were full again the people of some cities and some states are still not free to move about as they see fit. If only everyone would get vaccinated, we would all be fine but some people are just too hesitant or at least that seems to be the official story.

The health authorities, i.e., Dr. Fauci direct us to have two injections and then after 6 months a booster and that would make us fully vaccinated so we can receive our permission card to travel and participate in a somewhat normal life. If you have not had all those injections, then you don’t get the card and only the federal courts can order your employers to continue your employment. If you go along though, whether you believe the hype or not, just go along, you will be OK and perhaps even virtuous, correct? Just comply and do whatever the authorities command. Just join the right side of history and be obedient.

THE WORST THING THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED TO HUMANITY

Hello this is Darrell Castle with today’s Castle Report. This is Friday the 10^th day of December in the year 2021.  This report will discuss how fear of the pandemic is being used by various people around this world to dismantle democracy, obliterate constitutional rights, and usher in totalitarian governments and leaders.

Before I begin I make note that last Tuesday the 7^th of December, was the 80^th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor that launched the United States into World War ll. That date is an appropriate start from which to begin a discussion of fear and what it is currently doing to the once free people of the world. The United States had a population of about 160 million at the start of the war and during the four years of conflict about 16 million served in uniform or about 10% of the population. They served because their nation had been attacked and because evil had to be eliminated from the world. Their victory gave the world, even defeated foes, a chance at democracy or the right of people to govern themselves.

Today, we find ourselves in another battle, the greatest battle of our lifetimes, possibly of all time, according to Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in his book, “The Real Anthony Fauci” which I again urge you to read. Mr. Kennedy describes how a coalition of forces—intelligence agencies, pharmaceutical companies, social media titans, medical bureaucracies, mainstream media, and the military, are using fear induced by a health crises to impose totalitarian control worldwide.

THE HARD CASUALTIES OF CULTURAL CIVIL WAR

Hello this is Darrell Castle with today’s Castle Report. This is Friday the 3^rd day of December in the year 2021 and I will be talking about the irreconcilable differences that seem to exist between members of this society right now and how those differences have led to actual casualties. The best example is the massacre of 6 people and injuring of 60 others in Waukesha, Wisconsin a couple of weeks ago.

The beginning of this story seems simple. A small town on the west side of Milwaukee, Wisconsin held its annual Christmas parade on Sunday night a couple of weeks ago. A man driving a red SUV, reportedly a career criminal named Darrell Brooks, plowed through the spectators and parade participants, apparently on purpose, killing six people at this point, and injuring more than 60.

When I say that Mr. Brooks was a career criminal, I mean that he had a record of arrest, incarceration, release, violence, rearrest, release, drug abuse, rearrest, and release stretching back 22 to years to the age of 17. He led a life of crime and violence including assault on domestic partners, rape and impregnating a teenager along with many other violent crimes. For 22 years not a single social safety net or single prosecutor stopped him until it was too late.

COVID AND THE DESTRUCTION OF THE BILL OF RIGHTS

Hello this is Darrell Castle with today’s Castle Report. This is the 19^th day of November in this the year of our Lord 2021, the week before Thanksgiving so no Castle Report next week. Take time to give thanks, to reflect, and to enjoy your families. Today I will be talking about how the reaction to the Covid virus has created a climate of fear that has allowed the government to destroy the Bill of Rights with very little opposition, at least until now.

Socialism is the enemy of the Constitution and of constitutional government in general. Socialism is at war with the Constitution and for the last century at least, socialism has been triumphant over constitutional government. The result of that triumph has been the centralization of almost everything along with the rising power of government bureaucracies which intimidate, regulate, and control almost everything. Things such as the medical industries in western countries are now virtually owned by the various governments in which they reside. Therefore, doctors, scientists, and others in the medical profession are intimidated and influenced by the politics that now controls what they do, how they think, and what they can and will do for their patients.

The advice of doctors to their patients bears a remarkable resemblance to the political thumb under which that doctor resides. Here is what most people apparently do not understand and where most, if not all, of the divide among people originates. Governments lie, cheat, and steal and they always have. Perhaps, at least it appears, that they always will, and we should, therefore, keep that fact in mind when we deal with anything governmental, or anything controlled by government. Today, unfortunately, that is almost everything.

THE NEXT BATTLE IN THE VACCINE WARS

Hello this is Darrell Castle with today’s Castle Report. This is the 12^th day of November in this the year of our Lord 2021. Today is the day after Veterans Day and two days after the Marine Corps birthday, but I am not talking about celebration today, instead I am talking about logic specifically the logic of the vaccine wars. When your enemy appears to be losing be careful because the fear of losing causes desperation or at least going to the next step. I’m afraid that the next step for our enemy is our children and that is my discussion topic for today.

Like most of you I talk to people every day about the virus and the vaccines. Most people are nervous, scared because they have been told by people, they assume to be smarter than they are that they and their children are in extreme danger from the virus. People normally do not spend their time researching the virus, they just take the word of experts. The possibility that those experts could be intentionally misleading people goes into category of conspiracy theory.

I have been bothered since the beginning of the virus by the idea that things we have been told about the virus do not make logical sense. For example, we know for a fact that the National Institute of Health (NIH) funded gain-of-function research at the University of North Carolina and then at the Institute of Virology in Wuhan, China. We know that gain-of-function is a term used by scientists that really means make a deadly pathogen more deadly and dangerous to the human population. Those are known facts, not just speculation or theories. Dr. Fauci admitted as much under questioning by Senator Rand Paul.

We know that a vaccine has been developed in a hurry by three different pharmaceutical companies funded by the federal government, and we know that vaccine has already been administered to hundreds of millions of people. From that knowledge we have learned that the vaccine does not work as advertised. I mean that it does not protect against infection from the virus, and it does not prevent the vaccinated from passing the virus on to others. In fact, it appears that the vaccinated are more likely to spread the virus and are therefore more dangerous to the unvaccinated than the other way around.

WHAT CAUSED THE RED WAVE?

Hello this is Darrell Castle with today’s Castle Report. This is the 5^th day of November in this the year of our Lord 2021 and on this report, I will be talking about last Tuesday’s election results and looking for an answer to what caused the massive swing in voter sentiment that turned so many traditionally blue offices into a sea of red. Was it as the president described it, just a bunch of extremely conservative Trump supporters along with people upset because congress has delayed passage of build back better boondoggles.

I will start by saying that I don’t think President Biden is correct in his explanation of the results. In fact, his reasoning makes me think he is at minimum borderline delusional. To say that the American people are so upset that congress is reluctant to pass his trillion-dollar spending bills and they took it out on unsuspecting Democrats at the polls is delusional, but I suppose he had to think of something that was not his fault. Surely, he understands that the American people can see that his unrestrained money creation in the face of steadily rising prices is causing extreme hardship.

He is in the pocket, the purse, the kitchen, and the business of every American family. He and his party have rejected the problems of the middle class working American and last Tuesday those workers gave him the middle finger. Every time a person goes to the store and hamburger is 50 cents or a dollar more per pound and at the gas station the cost is 50 cents or a dollar more per gallon that family just took a pay cut. If they work for a small business as most people do, then that business probably can not afford to raise wages. If they work for a large company that can afford to raise wages, then those pay raises are passed on to customers and inflation is thereby fueled ultimately making the situation even worse.

THEY ARE COMING FOR YOUR CHILDREN

Hello this is Darrell Castle with today’s Castle Report. This is Friday the 29^th day of October in the year of our Lord 2021, and today I will be talking about Pfizer’s COVID vaccine for children ages 5 to 11and its approval by an FDA advisory panel last Tuesday. Children are expected to start getting vaccinated as early as next week. The other vaccine companies are working feverishly to gain approval to sell their products. to 28 million unsuspecting parents.

The Castle family is very excited this week as the family daughter makes another visit, she is in fact here in Germantown as I speak while she transitions from the hell that is now the golden and glorious state of California and the even more difficult city of angels. In any event we are glad to have her although for only a short time most likely.

Today I must violate my own prime directive under which I have generally tried to live. You remember the prime directive from Star Trek as the Enterprise sought out new worlds and new civilizations and boldly went where no man had gone before. The prime directive was don’t interfere in those civilizations. My prime directive has been don’t interfere as well but in how the individuals I meet along the journey live their lives. Leave people alone to make what might turn out to be mistakes and to enjoy their successes.

NO, THIS IS NOT NAZI GERMANY

Hello this is Darrell Castle with today’s Castle Report. This is Friday the 22^nd day of October in this the year of our Lord 2021 and in this Report, I will be talking about the growing sentiment, not just in America, but around the world to resist the vaccine mandates imposed by various governments. In Chicago the President of the Fraternal Order of Police or the Police Officers’ Union, John Catanzara, to voice opposition to Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s order for all city employees to be vaccinated or lose their jobs said, “this ain’t Nazi f***ing Germany.”

The Castle family is grateful this week that we are all healthy as far as we know, and able to enjoy these beautiful warm fall days and cool nights. The family daughter is doing just fine out in the golden city of angels as well.

No John, this ain’t Nazi Germany, not yet at least, as the anti-defamation league was quick to point out. That organization will not allow any comparison to the Holocaust to stand, but I will also point out that until 1933, even Nazi Germany was not Nazi f***ing Germany. The German people had to first elect the tyrant, then let him ignore the law, traditions and common norms, of Germany and assume absolute power. Finally, they had to follow his leadership like lambs to the slaughter.
